Must have demonstrated knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, RUP); the ability to develop software requirements documents; knowledge of ESRI GIS Software (ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, ArcIMS; knowledge of GIS application development in ESRI environment; and a high level of competency in computer programming.
