We’re a stealth-mode sports technology startup working on a next-generation athlete performance and data intelligence platform. Our mission: help coaches, athletic trainers, and athletes make smarter, faster decisions with cutting-edge software.
We’re assembling a select group of engineering minds to help bring our MVP to life. This is more than a student project — it’s a launchpad to a career in sports tech.
The Challenge
We’re looking for individuals or teams of 1–3 members who can build a secure, data-rich full-stack application with both mobile and web components.
Deliver an MVP within a 3-month sprint, and top contributors will be offered full-time roles (with salary + equity potential). There is a working prototype and visual concepts already in place, ideas just need to be refined.

What You’ll Work On (High-Level)
- Backend infrastructure (secure, scalable, compliant with industry standards).
- Frontend development for both mobile (cross-platform) and web dashboards.
- Data ingestion pipelines (manual entry + CSV + API integrations).
- Media and file handling system (photos, uploads, visual assets).
- Advanced data visualization (charts, dashboards, interactive reports).
- Customization features (branding, layouts, user-level permissions).
- Smart insights layer (AI/ML experience a plus).
What We’re Looking For
- Strong skills in full-stack development (React/React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP).
- Experience handling data visualization and API integrations.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, or healthcare data a bonus.
- Passion for sports + technology.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: able to move fast, solve problems, and deliver.
