Qualifications
The PATH consists of 10 weeks of focused training. The first 5 weeks consist of intense classroom training including programming assignments. The second 5 weeks is a combination of classroom and on-the-job training. The fulltime program starts June 21, 2010 at our Columbia, SC campus. As part of the selection process, candidates will be interviewed and must complete a programming aptitude assessment.
PATH participants are initially provided challenges both individually and as a team. They will enjoy solving problems and working with peers. They are matched in advance to a specific system team and have an assigned mentor to assist them with the transition into both the company and their new team.
