Requirements:

• Proficient with HTML5 (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) programming on client-side
• Java Programming experience on server-side
• Experience with web-application development and database development
• Willing to stay on the team for year-long (part-time)
• Experience with GIS is a plus, but not required
