Applicants should have completed a PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field by the time of appointment.

For the non-tenure teaching track position, successful candidates should have a demonstrated potential to contribute to and expand a culture of high quality teaching within the Department and University. The Department is searching for candidates with demonstrated interest in computer science pedagogy, particularly around early core courses for the major. We are also interested in candidates with experience in areas tied to the practice of software development and software engineering. Applicants should have completed a PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field or, alternatively, have completed a Masters degree in a computing-related area and have significant industry experience by the time of appointment.
