Skills required
For Mobile App: Working knowledge some of the following
- Android/IoS programming and SQLite
- Alerts and Notifications, Async tasks
- Background services
- Material Design components
- Storing and retrieval of data from SQLite database
- Firebase cloud storage and integration to Android/IOS app
- Integrating IoTs/sensors with the Android/IOS app
- Knowledge of REST APIs, web services and token handling
- Python basic.
- HTML, CSS, Javascript, Web App Framework (e.g., Django)
- Programming languages and libraries: Java, Python,
- Databases: SQL and/or NoSQL
- Apache Storm, Kafka, Redis, Cloud computing (e.g., EC2)
- Other Technologies/DevOps: Linux environment (esp. clusters), shell scripting, Version control using GitHub, Backbone/Marionette JS, Ansible, Docker
