Intern- IT- Enterprise Architecture
This position with be involved with the creation of diagrams, matrices and catalogs for solving and documenting solutions. Successful completion is determined by formal analysis / design review.
Responsibilities:

- Assist with architecture analysis on ACA business projects
- Assist business systems analysts to produce non-functional requirements where needed
- Assist in the development of models, diagrams and other artifacts to help with architecture foundation efforts
- Maintain Application Inventory and Technology catalog
- Manage MEGA (EA Tool) repository. (Provision users, handle inquiries, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned
- Some systems/data analysis, or application development experience
- Ability to conceive solutions from elaboration of requirements
- Ability to think strategically and offer pragmatic solutions where applicable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows, SQL, Power Point and Visio
- Some experience developing logical relational data models (desirable)
- Knowledge of SQL (desirable)
- Experience in the Financial Industry (desirable)

- Daily administration of the LAN and WAN including system stability, integrity, and troubleshooting
- Responsible for taking small to medium project handoffs from Network Manager and implementing daily administrative procedures with documentation for each project
- Perform hardware and software upgrades to network servers including operating systems and applications
- Responsible for providing end user support
- Must provide documentation of network systems, operational procedures, network topology and hardware inventory
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years studies at an accredited university in a Computer Science or Information Systems related major
- Ability to perform typical server and network administration skills to include upgrades and maintenance of hardware and operating systems
- Must demonstrate basic knowledge in one or more of the following areas: user administration, firewall and router configuration, Microsoft Office suite support, Windows OS, and/or SQL Server
- Knowledge and experience in connectivity and communications protocols
- Experience with cabling systems, switches and routers
- Excellent organizational and project management skills including ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks and follow through to completion of task or project
- Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation of systems and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team
