CSCE 580 Spring 2003: Syllabus

  • Russell, Stuart, and Peter Norvig. Artificial Intelligence: A Modern Approach (Second Edition). Prentice-Hall, 2003 (required text, referred to as [R]). Supplementary materials from the authors are available.
  • Bratko, Ivan. Prolog Programming for Artificial Intelligence (Third Edition). Addison-Wesley, 2001 (required text, referred to as [B]). Supplementary materials from the author (including programs from the textbook!) are available.

    The last day to withdraw without failure is Monday, February 24, 2003. The final exam for the course will take place on Wednesday, May 7, 2003, at 9am in the classroom (SWGR 2A31). This is the regularly scheduled time for courses taught from 1010 to 1100 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. ( See the university exam schedule.)
